Please name sure your Name, email, Portal user name (first.last name in lower case with the period) and the Learning Center code: 0000 or 9999 are set in the application settings. Close and exit the application. restart the application and send us that information with your course  title and we will activate it here and allow the downloads.


This will take about 30 minutes.
